This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal data, as well as the rights available to you. By registering, logging in, installing, or continuing to use this service, you confirm that you have fully read and agreed to the contents of this Policy.
1. Scope and Applicability
This Policy applies to the mobile applications, websites, and related online and remote services provided by DriveNet. If you access any third-party website or application through this service, that third party’s handling of your data will be governed by its own privacy terms and will not be covered by this Policy.
2. Types of Information We May Collect
To maintain the security, stability, and performance of our services, and to provide necessary functions, we may collect the following information within a lawful and reasonable scope:
- Device and Network Information: including IP address, device model and operating system, hardware or advertising identifiers (such as IMEI, MEID, Android ID, IDFA, OAID, OpenUDID, GUID), SIM-related information (IMSI/ICCID), MAC address, network and Wi-Fi status, app version, and related data. This information may be associated with your account for security auditing and risk control purposes.
- App Usage Data: including app launch and crash information, feature clicks, usage frequency, referral source, running processes, and similar data, for debugging, improving user experience, and enhancing service quality.
- Account and Identity Verification Data: where necessary, we may combine basic account information with device, network, and log data, together with risk assessment mechanisms used by us and our partners or affiliated companies (where legally permitted), for abnormal activity detection, identity verification, and prevention of fraud or abuse.
- Necessary Permission-Related Information: in remote driving or device-control scenarios, we may require access to your microphone (for voice communication) and Bluetooth (for controller connectivity); we may also need access to storage space (including SD card access) to capture/store screenshots or upload images/videos for maintenance support. The system will notify you and request your consent when such functions are used, and you may adjust these permissions at any time through your device settings.
The following information is generally not covered by the protection scope of this Policy: (1) content that you publicly post on the platform (such as comments or participation records); (2) search keywords that you enter within the service; and (3) records relating to violations of platform rules or laws, and related handling actions.

- To contact you, subject to your consent, regarding version updates, feature changes, or service notices.
Unless we have obtained your prior consent, or it is necessary to provide a service you have specifically requested, we will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal data with unrelated third parties. If sharing is necessary for cooperative services, such partners may only use the data within the scope of the agreed purpose and must stop using it once that purpose no longer exists.
4. Circumstances Requiring Disclosure
We may disclose or provide certain data under the following circumstances:
- With your explicit consent or according to your instructions.
- When cooperation with a third party is necessary to complete a product or service you requested.

- Where you violate laws or platform rules, and disclosure helps protect the lawful rights and interests of the platform or others.
- Where disclosure is necessary for handling intellectual property or transaction disputes.
- Where reasonably necessary to complete a transaction, settle payments, or resolve disputes.
If you disable the above permissions or withdraw your consent, we will stop collecting the corresponding information and disable the related functions, but this will not affect any processing activities already carried out based on your prior authorization.
5. Data Retention, Storage Location, and Cross-Border Transfers
Your data may be stored on servers operated by DriveNet and/or its affiliated companies, and may be transferred across borders or used for backup purposes depending on the service architecture. For overseas access, storage, or display, we will adopt reasonable security measures and contractual safeguards.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
- To support login, preference settings, and necessary functions, we may place or read cookies and/or local storage data on your device.
- You may restrict or disable cookies through your browser or system settings, but some functions may not work properly as a result.
- Any information obtained through cookies will be managed and protected in accordance with this Policy.
